logfile - sorgen machen?

als blutiger Anfänger mache ich mir vieleicht völlig unnötig Sorgen aber ich verstehe nicht so genau was das mit dem "Options" eigentlich soll und, vor allem, warum jeder Zugriff von einem anderem Rechner (Proxy?) kommt.
Wer betreibt soviel Aufwand? Was wird damit getestet?
