Hi !
So wie das aussieht, ist im BIOS "Network" als "First boot device" eingestellt.
Die Kiste versucht, vom Netzwerk zu booten.
Stell mal die Bootsequenz auf CD um, wenn du von CD starten willst.

Hab ich gemacht
Ich hab die XP Home CD drin und es kommt:
This is not a bootable disk. Please insert a bootable floppy and press any key to try again...
Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
Und es wiederholt sich ständig...
ICh habe als first boot decive CD-Rom
Und second HDD
Netzwerkboot ist deaktiviert.

Hallo,
die CD ist entweder nie wirklich bootfähig gewesen (mal woanders probiert?) oder hat einen Defekt, so dass sie nicht mehr bootet.
Kannst Du woanders damit booten...?

Ach ja - in Deiner Fehlermeldung steht ja auch "Floppy"!
Hast Du im BIOS irgendein "Search floppy at boot" oder "Boot from Floppy Disk" oder "Enable Floppy Boot" oder so parallel aktiviert?
