windows 7 X64 nutzt nicht alle 4Gb Ram
kann sich das einer erklären?

nein, ich würde es so deuten:
das board ( "Due to the chipset limitation" ) hat im adressbereich des hauptspeichers seinen pcibus, die southbridge usw.
das ist ganz normal für bestimmte chipsätze.
du wirst also zb auf 6Gb aufrüsten müssen, und dann 5,5 Gb nutzen können.

Guck mal ob Du im Bios eine Option findest die memory remapping,Memory Remap oder Memory Hole heißt.
Oder versuch mal das.Bin jetzt zu foul alles selber zu schreiben.
